Emergencies – An EMERGENCY is something that REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. Please CALL 911 for fire or safety issues. If you smell gas, OPEN WINDOWS and LEAVE the premise THEN call Xcel’s emergency number 800-895-4999. AFTER the appropriate agency has been called, please notify your DenCO Property Manager.
