Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
Pay rent online with Zego Powered by PayLease. You may pay on Zego with an e-check or credit card:
- There is NO FEE to you if you pay rent on Zego by ACH withdrawal from your bank – you will need your bank account number and routing number to make your payment.
- Zego will charge you a fee of 3.5% for credit card payments.
- Please do NOT pay with a debit card.
