The backbone of DenCO is the David Schmidt and Jennifer Atkinson team, who collectively possess over 35 years of real estate experience. David, a seasoned professional, purchased his first investment property on the edge of the University of Denver campus in Washington Park before founding DenCO. Jennifer, who worked for another real estate firm until 2012, joined him, and they have been an accomplished property management team since. David Schmidt is the managing broker for DenCO.
